The dCBL-BNC and dCBL-COX cables are the high-performance digital audio cables for transmitting AES3 signals well known as master clock signal, word clock signal, and S / PDIF signals.
Depending on your application, you can choose the cable between 50 ohm impedance and 75 ohm impedance cables. Select dCBL-BNC50 for 50 ohm impedance and dCBL-BNC75 or dCBL-COX75 for 75 ohm impedance. Normally 50 ohm impedance is mainly used for master clock signal, 75 ohm impedance is used for Word clock signal or AES / EBU signal. For lengths, 1M is the standard and choose 1.5M or upto 2M.
These cables also adapt the already well known and proven filter block used all SOtM cables to achieve high quality sound.
If you would define the clock signal as a simple digital angular waveform that simply repeats 0 and 1, you would not have given any special meaning to these cables.
