We offer a 15-day return period on defective and unopened item(s) from the day you receive your order(s). Returns are processed generally within 2 to 3 weeks.
Currently, all warranty services are being done in South Korea by SOtM.
Please email us the detailed explanation of your request at info@sotm-audio.com to start the process of your return or repair. Please note that requests may be refused.
Return Policy
Defective Items
In the event you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please email us at info@sotm-audio.com with the order number, digital photo(s) of the defect or issue, and a detailed description of the problem, damage, or defect within 15 days from the day you receive the order(s) to obtain authorization for returns. SOtM performs a rigorous inspection for all item(s) that are received for repair or refund.
If your return has been authorized, SOtM will provide you with a return information so you can send the damaged or defective item(s) to us. The damaged/defective item(s) must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. After SOtM has received the product, they will examine and test the defective item(s) carefully.
If SOtM finds the defect described in your email, SOtM will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.
If you want to refund non-defective item(s), SOtM will charge a 30% restocking fee and you will receive a refund excluding 30% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by the original form of payment or PayPal partial refund and will ONLY be offered if the package is returned by Registered Air Mail.
No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as Express Mail or Next Day Air services.
If the package was returned by a shipment method other than Registered Air Mail, SOtM reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a Registered AirMail shipment.
Unopened Items
You may choose to return unopened item(s) in their original packaging and are in good condition only, provided you are willing to bear all the shipping costs. SOtM is not liable to pay for the shipping costs and the loss of unopened items.
Email us at info@sotm-audio.com within 15 days of delivery to obtain authorization for returns. Please note that requests may be refused. For authorized returns, you will be provided with the return information including the return address to return item(s) to. Item(s) must be securely packed and wrapped.
Customers returning an unopened item that is in its original packaging and in good condition will receive a full refund excluding the shipping cost.
Opened items or items that are not in good condition are subject to a 30% restocking fee and will receive a refund excluding the restocking fee and shipping costs.
For All Authorized Returns
Please note that for all returned products, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement or authorizing a refund. Reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will be provided. It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return.
We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier. SOtM is not responsible for the loss of returns.

Order cancellation before shipment is subject to a full refund. Shipped orders must go through the Return Policy for Unopened Items and are subject for authorization before issue of refund.
Refund for Damaged/Defective Item(s)
In the event you receive a damaged or defective item(s) and is authorized for a return, you can return the item(s) and request the refund to us.
If we find the defect after we receive and examine the item(s), we will ship the replacement or refund at your request. If you want to refund for damaged/defective item(s), we will issue a full refund and pay the return shipping cost.
If you want to refund a non-defective item(s), we will charge a 30%restocking fee and issue the refund excluding the restocking fee and our shipping cost.
Refund for item(s) Unopened, in Original Packaging, and in Good Condition
We will first test and examine items first once we received items that were authorized for a return.
And if we receive unopened item(s), in original packing and in good condition, you will receive a full refund excluding the shipping cost. If an item is opened, not in its original packaging, or is not in good condition, we will charge the restocking fee of 30% and you will receive a refund excluding the restocking fee and our shipping cost.
